Commissioned Security Officer Needed

Full-Time / Part-Time

Are you a dedicated, sharp-eyed security professional looking for a stable and premium work environment? We are seeking a Commissioned Security Officer to become an integral part of our safety team.

Operating out of our secure, multi-tenant corporate facility in Houston and/or surrounding areas. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our staff, patrons, and assets. This position offers a professional workplace.

Your Key Responsibilities

Proactive Patrols: Monitor and secure the premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions.
Facility Audits: Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure total structural security.
Rule Enforcement: Professionally warn violators of premise rules and diffuse potential conflicts.
Incident Response: Swiftly apprehend or expel individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and report safety hazards, including fire risks and maintenance issues like leaking pipes.
Emergency Liaison: Command high-risk situations by immediately requesting and coordinating with emergency personnel.

Position Qualifications & Requirements

To ensure the highest standard of safety, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Licensing: You MUST have your Texas Commissioned Security Officer Card (Level III) in hand (no exceptions).
Gear: Must possess your own duty-ready firearm, high-quality holster, and full duty belt.
Tech & Transit: Must have a reliable smartphone for reporting and dependable personal transportation.
Experience: Proven background in private security, law enforcement, or a closely related field.
Skills: Deep familiarity with modern security equipment, strong attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle active workloads and patrols.
